Just a FWIW, I installed FreeBSD 8.0 in place of OpenBSD, and running X, 
the cpu temp was 42C.

After getting bwi0 working, I sure wanted to stay with openbsd, but not at 
those temps :(


update: installed 4.7 on an external hd attached to the laptop, and again cpu 
temp is 67C at console login.
