Dear all:

I had a look at http://eradman.com/posts/openbsd-workstation.html

(I know it is not official)

and tried to follow the example of "performance tuning".

I have this now in /etc/login.conf :

staff:\
       :datasize-cur=infinity:\
       :datasize-max=infinity:\
       :openfiles-cur=2048:\
       :stacksize-cur=32M:\
       :maxproc-max=2048:\
       :maxproc-cur=2048:\
       :ignorenologin:\
       :requirehome@:\
       :tc=default:

How bad / good an idea is this?

The laptop is very responsive now, but I would like to hear what you
think about this...

thanks,

Pau
