I am testing suspend on my laptop using apm -z and zzz as
explained in apm(8). As far as I can tell, the system successfully
suspends (keyboard lights go out, power button light goes out,
screen blanks, fans go quiet).
The system them immediately starts wakeup showing the dmesg
output and then starts right into X without prompting login.

I believe that the USB3.0 device is waking up the system. Please view
my log data and provide any troubleshooting steps you can. Should
I disable USB Wakeup? How would I do this? Can I be sure that
acpitoshiba is running properly? I would like X to prompt user login
on wakup. I would like only the powerbutton to prompt wakeup.

I just installed the newest snapshot: OpenBSD 6.0.

cat /etc/rc.conf.local
xdm_flags=
apmd_flags="-A"

$cat /etc/apm/suspend
#!/bin/sh
pkill -USR1 xidle

Console log output after suspend:
