I usually use StarOffice for Schemas... I know it is not the best solution,
anyway it exports in many different formats and it is available for free...
Other "free" products I encountered were very limited in the layout of
objects...

There have been a patch sent to the openssl mailing list which allowed for
non unique DNs, but my point on this is that it would be an error allowing
for multiple DNs because it is explicitly reported in the RFCs that the
DN "SHALL" be unique -- this implies that if there are no technical reasons
for not having unique DNs, it should be unique in the valid certificates
list of a CA.
