Well, I can speak only for me, but when I have worked with Solaris (old
5.6, I guess ) I had some problems for it uses (I repeat I have no
experience with current Solaris version -- if someone at the Sun wants
to support our project... :-D ) non GNU-like tools... but it's been
easy to get rid of all of the glitches in few days, just some patience
was needed... (tar, volume manager, random device, openssl compile,
etc... ).

Anyway if you plan of testing the software on Solaris, we'll be happy if
you could send us signalations of problems you encounter while installing
and testing the system.
