Unfortunately no. I had some e-mail exchanging with Dr. Stephen Henson and
he said they are far from having a working pkcs#11 support as it will
probably require changes to be made to the ENGINE interface...

I don't know if you are subscribed to the mailing lists of OpenSSL, in
case you are not I can forward some replies I received from the OpenSSL
people... what I think now is that the right thing to do would be
extending engine to support an implementation of a pkcs#11 interface so
to be interoperable with existing pkcs#11 code available, what could
be done right now is to start working to an engine that works using
the MuscleCard API -- but I guess it will not be an easy task... :-D

Indeed I have no experience in the engine interface and because of this
some time will be required even before I could get a clear picture of
how to do things... but I like challenges... :-D

Any ideas about it are welcome :-D I'd like the idea to use openssl
directly with SmartCards but this is only one possible ... scenario...
