Hello, compiling the released openca 0.9.1 failed because the command msgfmt could not be found. This command is part of the package gettext-.. I needed some time to find the package which contains "msgfmt".
I think it was a good idea to add a check for msgfmt and an appropriate error messages to configure.in.
