Ok, I reduced the number of files configured by configure and configure all links via configure_etc.sh. Try it and wonder which files will be configured dynamical ;)
Is the --with-web-host option to configure still required?
No, I only used it to preconfigure some variables in config.xml.
The --with-hierarchy-level option?
This option is still required because I don't know how to move this into config.xml.
If I or Massimiliano build RPMs then we create one node package for a ca and one node package for a ra. Therefore it is really useful to have this option in configure. Does build-rpm.sh help?
Anyway, I have some Debian packages created, now to test them...
Good luck :)
Michael
P.S. how many packages did you create? A complete RPM set includes 19 packages without the source packages.
