OpenSSL did not found the ENV::nsComment variable within the environment, try
editing /usr/local/OpenCA/conf/openssl/extfiles/Server_Certificate.ext file and
changing the $ENV::nsComment with $ENV::COMMENT.
This was a bug in the ext file for Server Certificate. It's been fixed, thanks.
