Which version of OpenCA do you use? This is a problem with casesensitivity which was fixed in RC3 of 0.9.0. The timestamp was 2002-Aug-05. You can simply use a newer version of OpenCA or use a newer ldap-utils.lib. See ftp://ftp.openca.org/pub/openca/developers/bell/snapshots/CHANGES for more informations.
