The intialization works and the CA-certificate was successfully
installed. That's all.

Yes, but this is not part of the initialization of the LDAP.

No, of course not but I don't know how advanced the LDAP-code in 0.8.1
is. The tree of the LDAP will be extended in 0.9.x automatically but I
don't know what is with 0.8.x.
