Is it possible to install the CA and RA on the same machine? Is this
possibly not a good idea for some reason?

I've attempted to run 'make install-ca' and then 'make install-ext' on
the same machine and am getting an error on 'make install-ext' stating
that the keybackup_key.pem already exists in
/usr/local/openca-0.9.1/openca/var/crypto/keys.
