I think, I found the problem after I have set DEBUG =1 in
OpenCA/lib/functions/ldap-utils.lib
Now the html output shows:
.....
h_basedn: de
h_dn: de
h_basedn_attribute: dc
h_dn_attribute: C
dn conflicts with basedn
......
Now I look for from where I get this "C".
