yes I have added the sendcert2 to the regular expression in the cgi-script pki (.in)
and I noticed the that it returns undef from libDoCommand sub in misc-util.lib
the line that it dies in is
if (eval $cmd."()"){
libDocommit();
}
the apache log says the following
"premature end of script headers:"
that is because the script produced no out put.
I hope I gave you some clues
