There was no major change for the RA-certificate. So there are some questions:

1. Do you have an old RA-certificate from OpenCA when it worked with the iButton?
2. Did the iButton install a PKCS#11-module?
3. What was the last working revision of OpenCA?

If we find a certificate which works with the iButton then we can find perhaps the reason why it fails.
