No it is not, I was able to search for the certificate in the LDAP server and 
find it so it must have been there.

I am not really sure which certificate is failing, it seems like all 
certificates for a particular OU could not be removed. I have since done this 
one by one with the tools provided after viewing the certificate via the 
OpenCA LDAP screens.
