a need help with this section of *.conf files
how can i change Export- import device ?
can i change the device for /tmp, for example ?
I hope you are using 0.9.1. You can find in the configuration some options to configure the import/export device.
EXPORT_IMPORT_UP_DEVICE - to/from a higher level EXPORT_IMPORT_DOWN_DEVICE - to/from a lower level EXPORT_IMPORT_LOCAL_DEVICE - for backup, recovery, init, ...

What do you mean with a strong configuration? OpenCA 0.9.1 has a very powerful mechanism to avoid statusinjections during export/import. Therefore we define every state of an object which will be accepted during an import. This is described in the OpenCA guide.
