scep isnt working with 0.9.1 its finaly supported at 0.9.2 try the latest snapshot or cvs ;o)
also the scep-code at the 0.9.1 source isn't working i think (but i'm not sure about this, at least my code-changes ar at the 0.9.2 tree - cvs-head)
there have been a lot of bug-fixing to get it running, that's all at the 0.9.2 source tree
