Do you mean thinks like CPS etc.? You can configure it in etc/openssl/extfiles/*.ext. This is more an OpenSSL issue than an OpenCA one's.
What do you are looking for explicitly? Do want to know how to configure the CPS or do you want to know how to configure another extension? It is really difficult for us to write documentation for generic OpenSSL configuration stuff.
