Did you get any errors when you do the ca authenticate?
I hope you mean the first "ca authenticate". This ca authenticate gives an error if FINGERPRINT is not the fingerprint of the loaded CA certificate. The fingerprint is a MD5 hash of the certificate. You can find an example here:
