I think it is better to remove this part of the documentation, because
the user will make an error if he have to edit a script from a software package, which he doesn't know much about.
The problem is that if I remove this from the documentation then we receive again many questions on the mailing lists :(
My installation (maybe useful for others):
> make; make install-online
> edit config.xml # choosing dataexchange #5 the node acts as public/scep and RA
> ./configure_etc.sh
Configuring offline part for install everything in ~openca/ca, available via http://ca.rossi.ue.schlund.de/
> ./configure --prefix=/home/openca/ca --with-openssl-prefix=/usr/local/ssl/ --with-openca-user=openca --with-openca-group=users --with-httpd-user=nobody --with-httpd-group=nobody --with-web-host=ca.rossi.ue.schlund.de
This is wrong. --with-web-host is the server which a normal user can contact to get informations like CPS and CDPs. You can find it in config.xml to get an impression for what it is used. It should be ra.rossi.ue.schlund.de in your case.
