the BindAdress-Directive in httpd.conf is useful if you have more then one IP-Adresses on your system and you want to bind not all of this adresses to httpd or you want to bind specific FQDNs to it.
If you don't set it, or you set it to "*" it should work on every interface/IP/FQDN. Also if you enter the IP-Address on which the apache-server should listen to, there should be no problem.
