[Openca-Users] Cannot find the certificate with the matching serial in the database

Hi I’m tried to install and use OpenCA 0.9.2RC3 on RH9.0 with:   openssl-0.9.7a-20 httpd-2.0.40-21.9.i386.rpm mysql-server-3.23.58-1.9 mod_ssl-2.0.40-21.9.i386.rpm mod_perl-1.99_07-5.i386.rpm   I’m install ca and ra interfaces on same machine like describe in «openca guide reference». CA and RA initialize has passed successfully. But when I tried approved and sign CSR from RA interface, I’v got message:   Certificate Request Successfully approved. Signature: Cannot find the certificate with the matching serial in the database!   When I tried install openca-0.9.1-8, but this error appeared again.   Is it bug in openca or bug in my head??
