I am using OpenCA-SNAP-20031219.tar.gz dated 19 Dec 2003.Please suggest which version (date) I have to use ?

Which exact version of OpenCA do you use? If you use a snapshot then
from which date? We changed a lot of things to make RC4 more stable. So
the date is really important.

This is a problem too but is not relevant for the failing openca_start.
