Does it tell you that the export is complete and that it is removing
temporary files ?

Can you see the approved requests when you view approved requests from
the menus ? i.e. are there requests that have been approved  on the
database ?

That is correct, the config.xml only came in in 0.9.2. All the
configuration is in the ra_node.conf and ca_node.conf files in 0.9.1.8.
Have you got the correct values in these config files ? i.e. are you
still writing to the fd0 ?
