Hello Diego,
In the RA interface, you have to click on Server
management, then click on Dataexchange, then appears a
menu, there you'll find a section: Upload data to a
higher level of the hierarchy, there you can select
what do you want to export to the CA: All (for
exporting everything, requests or CRRs), then appears
a javascript window telling you that you need to
provide support to proceed. In the default case, this
means that you have to give the Apache user permisions
to write to the floppy (/dev/fd0) the most easy way is
tho execute the command:
chmod 777 /dev/fd0
That depends on the security you want, so make sure to
set the right permisions for your situation, then
insert a disquette and click on OK
The appears some messages telling you that everything
is good or not.
Then you have to go to the CA with the disquette, then
open the CA Interface, click on Server Management then
click on dataexchange, then in the section: Receive
data from a lower level of the hierarchy, then select
the same option that you selected on the RA (All,
Requests, CRRs).
The rest of the procedure is the same like in RA, to
provide support, etc.
Hope this helps,
Johnny
