Hi Oliver,

Thanks for your answer.
But now I've got another error :

"There is a problem with function create_pin for process enc_key of user
jon_doe.
There is already a PIN.
-120"

It's maybe because I already run the batch process a first time without the
LOA.
How can I resolve this error ?
Can I delete the PIN generated during the first test ?

Thanks
Florent

Hi Florent,

You must add either "LOA IGNORE" or "LOA XX" to the process_data file,
XX is the Number for the corresponding LOA Level like given in the loa.xml

I filed this on the BTS:
http://sourceforge.net/tracker/index.php?func=detail&aid=964909&group_id=20873&atid=120873
