As I can see the only diference in these two DNs is
the case in the C statement. I thing You wanted to say
that:
CN=xxx,OU=xxx,O=xxx,C=xxx is different from:
CN=xxx,O=xxx,OU=xxx,C=xxx

In that case what should be first O and then OU??
