Hi,
I download and install openca-SNAP-20040709.tar.gz and initialize the database and the CA.. all ok...
but when try to issue the initial administrator certificate I get this error:

I was looking OpenSSL.pm, the definitions for cmdIssueCertificate and the IssueCertificate function but don't find any clue... :(
Looking in mail-archive.com some "Error 700" are related to permissions or error in function definitions, but can't find any advise for the behavior I have.
