What happen if user need to install his/her certificate again? like on a different computer or might be his/her computer is broken and need to re-install everything ( OS, etc... ) that need to install the certificate again?that depends on the place where the keys get generated and stored
is there a way to do it or we have to revoke the old one and issue a new one?
if the user used his browser to generate keys he can't reinstall the certificate since it depends on the key-pair, in this case you have to revoke and issue a new certificate
if the key-pair is servergenerated and the key is backuped or still available, then you can reinstall the certs and the keypair again of course ;) without revoking and requesting a new one
