There is no ../bin folder under /usr/local/OpenCA.only /etc, /lib, /var.
There is however the file "openca-sv" under /user/local/bin.
my config options is as follow:
./configure --with-hierarchy-level=ca \
--with-web-host=http://200.1.3.48:81 \
--with-httpd-host=kla \
--with-ca-organization='KWV SA (Pty) Ltd.' \
--with-ca-country=SA \
--with-httpd-user=nobody \
--with-httpd-group=nobody \
--with-openssl-prefix=/usr/local/ssl \
--with-htdocs-fs-prefix=/maint/openca/wwwca \
--with-cgi-fs-prefix=/maint/openca/wwwca/cgi-bin

The openca.configure Script should be in the bin- Directory of OpenCA,
so /usr/local/openca/biN/ with the default config.
Can you check if it is there and send your configure-Options so we can
see if there is something replaced wrong in the scripts...
