How can I help anyone try to find out what goes wrong?
Is there a chance that the problem comes from the way I installed
and configured OpenCA, the way I did the data exchange? Any hint will be
very appreciated.
What database backend are you using? DB files or DBI. I suggest you to
use DBI and postgres or mysql. With db files I had problems in the past.
I haven't configured anything concerning the database backend apart
specifying the --enable-db and --enable-dbi options.
Since I haven't created any SQL database by hand and haven't configured
any connection information, it seems thus logical that my setup uses the
DB files database.
My point was to setup a 2 separate servers in the simplest configuration
possible first. Then I will need an LDAP backend.
So your advise is go for LDAP now, isn't it?
Thanks for your fast answer,
