0.9.2.2 is out, though it has not yet been announced on this list, but on the openca-devel mailing list : http://sourceforge.net/mailarchive/forum.php?thread_id=6733584&forum_id=2293
The http://www.openca.org/ page is also not up-to-date, while http://www.openca.org/openca/downloads.shtml is.
So people, like me, who have problems with certificate approval request at RA with error 700 should try the 0.9.2.2 release. It may solve our problem. I'll test it ASAP.
