I'm getting lots and lots of compilation errors and failures. I am
installing openca-0.9.2.2 on fully patched Fedora Core 3. Perhaps this
is why the tests on openca-openssl persistently fail for me.

It seems almost everything in src/common/lib/cmds is failing with errors
like these:

Global symbol "$query" requires explicit package name at
issueCertificate line 16.

Global symbol "$query" requires explicit package name at
issueCertificate line 17.

Global symbol "$errval" requires explicit package name at
issueCertificate line 22.

Global symbol "$errno" requires explicit package name at
issueCertificate line 22.

issueCertificate had compilation errors.

I am quite the perl ignoramus. What is causing these errors and how do
I fix it? Thanks - John
