well, frankly, I have no idea. I suppose you have configured the nCipher for the batch processor, otherwise it would not work at all. It is a bit strange that issuance fails after the first certificate. I have never used the BP together with the HSM, so I have no experience with this. Could you please post the relevant portion of var/log/stderr.log and the error message you are getting?
