My PKI is configured to use the DBMs Database. But, I'd like to
change it for DBI support with MySQL. My OS is Fedora Core and
I use OpenCA 0.9.2.2.
Is it possible to do this without destroying all issued
certificates (CA, sub CAs and Users) ?

Yes, but before you start please backup your entire system.

0. Create a backup of your entire system (so that you have a fall back).
1. create a backup via OpenCA's backup&recovery page
2. configure DBI as the database module
3. configure etc/database/DBI.conf (for your mysql database)
4. make sure that the configured mysql database exists
5. go to the backup&recovery page of OpenCA
6. initialize the new database
7. import the backup

You have not to rebuild the OpenSSL files.

It is a good idea to test this on a dedicated test machine before you do this in your production environment.
