The last patch which I received and tested is not much intrusive. I have only to fix sendContentType of OpenCA::UI::HTML because it does not send the charset in the http header. Some browsers does use in this case it's own default encoding and not the one in the HTML header (e.g. my Firefox).

So I think I can commit to 0.9.2 without minimal risks.
