Compilation failed in require at /usr/local/OpenCA/etc/openca_start line 62. 


This looks like you either have an error in config.xml that prevenst 
some  values to be set, or you have edited the server/*.conf by hand and 
removed the config for this value.



Can you rerun ./configure_etc.sh and watch out for errors - if this step 
goes silently, look if there ist the CgiCmdsPath Value set in 
openca/etc/ files pub/node/ra/ca.conf
