Simple Answer - I guess the file is not there
This is what the system shows. The dataexchange configuration used in the instalation was the following:
What setup are you using ? PUB/RA and CA on different maschine ? So you must ensure that the file is transfered - there are some samples in the server/node.conf how to do this
