Thanks, Guillaume for hints, I have added -v to startup parameters and this is what I get in error log:
Oct 12 15:59:17 srv041 ocspd[14450]: OpenCA OCSPD v1.0.5 - starting. Oct 12 15:59:17 srv041 ocspd[14450]: variable lookup failed for OCSPD_default::max_childs_num Oct 12 15:59:17 srv041 ocspd[14450]: variable lookup failed for ocsp_response::ocsp_add_response_cer Oct 12 15:59:17 srv041 ocspd[14451]: Error setting up accept BIO Oct 12 15:59:17 srv041 ocspd[14451]: Can not setup socket, exit. I have uncommented ocsp_add_response_cer and filled in correct path to ca cert. Also I have created by hand max_childs_num parameter with value "50" But it doesn't help - OCSPD still not starting. Error log shows this: Oct 12 16:02:23 srv041 ocspd[14489]: OpenCA OCSPD v1.0.5 - starting. Oct 12 16:02:23 srv041 ocspd[14490]: Error setting up accept BIO Oct 12 16:02:23 srv041 ocspd[14490]: Can not setup socket, exit.
