Hi!

Yes, I am using a MySQL Database and I had set up it into the
configuration, rerun configure_etc.sh, etc...

What can I do now?

just to be sure: you did not only change the setting from DB to DBI, but
you also have

- set up a database (e. g. MySQL) for OpenCA
- configured database and user in etc/config.xml
- rerun etc/configure_etc.sh
