I configured the dataexchange via scp, similar to the examples
described in the former documentation. There should be no problems
with it because it already worked before. Currently I have the
computers, one running the ca, one running the ra and one running pub,
scep and ldap. The problem occures only on the ra node, though all
three computers should be configured similar.

Furthermore, the only thing I can do is to change the language of the
ra node interface. Other actions like Administration -> Server Init
also fail with exact the same error.
