Of course! It is very easy, indeed. If you are installing both online and offline components on the same machine you just need to do it only once. You can go to the ca interface with the browser, login into the interface and from the menu 'PKI Inite & Config' select 'Initialization' -> 'DB, Key and Cert Init'.
