Of course!

It is very easy, indeed. If you are installing both online and offline
components on the same machine you just need to do it only once. You can
go to the ca interface with the browser, login into the interface and
from the menu 'PKI Inite & Config' select 'Initialization' -> 'DB, Key and
Cert Init'.

From there the page has the link in the DB Setup section -> Initialize
Database.

Please check the /opt/openca/etc/openca/config.xml file and set there the
options for the DB type/user/passwd.
