DN_TYPE_PKCS10_ENFORCE_BASE "NO" and uncomment # DN_TYPE_PKCS10_BASE_1
It seems the program checks for existence of default values even if they
are not going to be used.

Can not solve the problem of error 700 discussed earlier.
Thus, reinstalled Debian and OpenCA, but now the same point (certificate
request, "pub" web interface) is the below error. I am also not finding the
problem.

Still, when you start OpenCA is experiencing the following error (but ignored):
