Good news: Running OCSPd-1.9.0 for two days now without any bad response signatures. I only applied the HTTP-1.0 patch from my former message to prevent hanging connections while fetching ca and crl data and the format string patch (%lld instead of %ld in ocsp_response.c) for logging very big serial numbers. This makes the time until a 2.0 release a lot more relaxed.
