What do you mean with uploaded? I have had som e problems with DBI either, and I solved it by - downloading DBD-mysql-4.022 and DBI-1.622, placed under openca- base-1.1.1/src/ext-modules - correct the version numbers under openca-base-1.1.1/src/ext-modules/Makefile all before running make.
