Kurt, I didn't know you were such an expert on the
subject of smart cards. FYI, People and companies do
buy pre-personalized smart cards from vendors all the
time. Try asking someone at www.gemplus.com or
www.schlumberger.com. Look at it like this, when you
buy a CD or a floppy is there always a "program" on
them. No.

are missing the question at hand.
For those of you who care to Help. I would like to
know where I can get the smart card application specs
for the smart card login for Windows 2000. I would
like to know what cards need to be used as well
(Mutiflex8k, GemXpresso ect.). My goal is to create my
own smart card for logging into Win2000 via their
smart card logon option at startup. To be honest I
don't even think it is availible to the public but I
thought I would try asking.
