Also, have you got the trace level turned up full in you opencard.properties?

Which makes sense, in that the "-terminal" argument to the gxploader (see details below) is mandatory and requires a terminal name. The problem is that I'm using the pcsc10 interface and the only OpenCard.terminals entry that works is the default, which doesn't allow terminal names. Here's the entry:
