Yes, I did. The card is in state INITIALIZED. Is there a reason for 
switching to SECURED? Or are all commands also in life cycle state 
INITIALIZED available?
Maybe I use the wrong AID for the CardManager, but I believe this is the 
right one for OpenPlatform Cards and my Cyberflex e-gate 32k.

But  I get the error 6A 80 (SW_WRONG_DATA) or 69 85
(SW_CONDITIONS_NOT_SATISFIED) (when I tried different P1 and P2).
