Ok, so I plugged back in the DVI cable to do more tests and I got a mirrored X
display on the DVI port.
Vector:
Use DVI-VGA "Y", unplug DVI, boot system W/VGA connected, wait for X, plug in
DVI, Get picture on both.
ARandR only shows the VGA is active.
